This Agreement is made with the Sub Contractor and 1HideOut.

Scope of work:
Each work order will handled in a professional manner, meaning bring all tools required to get the job done, wear professional clothing and act in a professional manner.

Payments:
All Sub Contractors will receive a check for 2 weeks of work performed; checks may take a maximum of 4 weeks to be received by the sub contractor. We usually send out all checks within 2 weeks but can take a maximum of 30 days for the check to be received (does not include delivery delays). Our techs have an option of getting paid via paypal.com which they will receive payment within 1 week, but usually sooner.

Certifications:
All Sub Contractors are required to have the correct certifications in order to perform the work required.

Liability and Legal:
The Sub Contractor is liable for all damaged occurred on the clients side resulting from the sub contractors work performed. If any damage is occured and legal action is required then the sub contractor is responsibe for this. nationwidetech.com is not responsible for loss of data or damage to clients computer, we only supply the clients. Please make sure you have some type of business insurance to prevent issues.

Sub Contractor:
Any sub contractor giving out personal business card related to computer repair , networking or any of our services will immediately have there account terminated. Contact any of our clients outside of 1hideout related business will have there account terminated. Since we use our marketing tactics to offer business to a sub contractor , that sub contractor shall not steal our clients, if this happens that contractor will have there account terminated.

Termination:
We can terminate the sub contractor from future work if he or she does not follow any of the following items in this contract or future contracts.
