HAve a dell 5150 PC that will not power up. Has blinking amber light which according to the owners manual means there is an internal power supply problem. According to dell most of the time this is a bad power supply or mother board, or both. But it could be something else. Want estimate to fix at my home.Can meet someone today if available.
